明確知道有訂單情況下 前台無人答應，打了10幾通電話 並沒有人開門，並且在隔天早上將訂單改完成功入住。但我根本沒有進入到酒店任何一步。 還騙其他值班人員説我並沒有出現，這個酒店服務態度實在惡劣

Location and hotel is nice, the lady at the reception the night I lodged was rude and not helpful. I booked my hotel room from 訂房網站s and 訂房網站s mentioned that I didn’t have to do nothing. I traveled from Manchester only to get to the hotel at 10pm and the lady rudely said I couldn’t check in because I didn’t have a physical debit card, and she plainly said I should leave and come back when I get a physical card or in the morning “maybe” I could get a refund which wasn’t certain. I had to drive to dagenham, get my girlfriend’s debit card in order to check in. It was a very annoying experience as I was exhausted and just needed to check-in. However great hotel, clean, nice and will recommend and visit again, but I suggest you call the hotel first before getting there to avoid no access to your room after paying so much for the night.

房間不大，浴室較小，身高體壯的人會管覺侷促。設備還是完善的。前台小哥表情比較嚴肅，還要在提升，對客人的親切感。

The main door was closed for renovation and you had to enter from the side, once inside I wondered if the hotel was even open. The smell was very strong and smoky because of the renovation and the heating was not working and it was very cold. Negotiations have been made several times to no avail. It was very disappointing. The sound insulation was also very poor and the renovation started at 8am.
